I have been receiving services from this establishment since October 2022. The staff are all friendly and professional. The services are exactly what i needed to promote health and fitness. The spaces are clean and bright. I recommend this place to anyone looking for fitness and health services

I've struggled with chronic back pain for the past several years and decided to try Red Light Therapy for pain management and whole body healing. Let me tell you, I've had great success and it's been a wonderful alternative to traditional medications which has so many side effects. I highly recommend this place. The infrared sauna is great too.

The reception as you enter was very nice, the staff was great, everything was well explained. The doctor was awesome, she was very attentive and made me feel comfortable, Heidi was awesome, so patient. Thank you for making me feel comfortable, I was already nervous. I look forward to my next visit. Thank everyone, you are awesome team.

I was very skeptical about the red light therapy and the weight loss program Dr. Owens offered due to past experiences through other centers. After 6 weeks on the weight program and 2 weeks into red light therapy I've lost 23.4 lbs and inches. Now I am excited on what the remainder of my treatments will give me. Thank you Dr. Owens

Body Basics Wellness Center offers a comprehensive approach to weight loss, using Red Light Therapy and customized traditional & alternative medical care across Baltimore County, Carroll County, Reisterstown, MD, Eldersburg, MD, Westminster, Finksburg, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Sykesville, Mt Airy, Woodlawn, Glenwood, Ellicott City, Cockeysville, Towson, and Columbia.
I attended the health fair at Body Basics with my family and it was very informative. The staff was welcoming and the vendors that were in attendance did a great job. I also did a consultation while there and Heidi was great! Very knowledgeable and had great tips. The facility is very nice and the owners were there to greet you and make you feel welcomed.
