Absolutely exactly what I needed to feel balanced, relaxed, and rejuvenated again! The owners are amazing and will work with you every step. I had the chance to experience most of their services, and they did not disappoint Good health is wealth and it’s worth it! Sold! I’m a new regular now!

My fiancé and I used the infrared sauna today and it great! I felt so relaxed afterwards and it really set the tone for the remainder of the day. We will definitely be back!

I saw this company had red light sauna and have been looking to move some toxins out of my body. Skyylar has been very helpful, I appreciate her customer service and friendliness.

I absolutely love this wellness center. Me and my wife both joined back in May of 2024, and we both lost over 35 lbs. Dr. Owens is very professional and knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The red light therapy bed has been a complete game changer in our lives. But my favorite place to be is in the red light sauna .

When I saw the results to the red light therapy from family members I came to Body Basics the next day and started therapy. Dr. Owens and the staff (Briana, Skylar, and Jada ) has treated me with respect and very pleasant. The wellness Center has a calm presents due to the ambience. I have completed 12 sessions and I am really impressed by the way my body looks and feels. The therapy helped me lose several inches and tightened my skin. I fit into my anniversary dress perfectly which is a size 8 (a size I have not seen in more than 9 years). Most of all my scrubs are too big. I am definitely loving the new me.

Since then, I decided to make it a regular commitment to get the wellness that I have been needing . After meeting Dr. Owens my decision was ultimately secured. She also was patient and kind in suggesting the package that was beneficial and affordable for me. And it was a warm surprise receiving a welcome gift. I look forward to my future visits.
